High performance carbon steel pipe roll forming machine
Description:
Our carbon steel pipe making machine could be used to produce various shape pipes for using as furniture pipe, water pipe, wire pipe, industrial pipe and bicycle pipe, producing range from O.D. 10mm~127mm, thickness:0.4mm~5mm. Max. speed:90M / per minute from 30m/min. The whole machine is compoased by the following elements: double head decoiler, entry and leveling beach, roll forming machine, HF welder, flying cutting saw and runout table.
　　What kind of material could be processed by this machine:
Carbon steel is steel in which the main interstitial alloying constituent is carbon in the range of 0.12–2.0%. Normally there are four types:
Mild and low-carbon steel, Higher carbon steels, Heat treatment,Case hardening,Forging temperature of steel. Both of those types are supported by our machine. In another word, they are hot or cold-rolled steel strip (Q195, low-carbon steel, low alloy steel.For the width of the carbon steel, we need to count according to pipe diameter.

Working Principle:
For welding part, it makes full use of two sciences-high-frequency current Skin-Effect and Adjacency Effect to make the current concentrate on the edge, then the temperature will reach to the point of welding. Then we can make the sheet to pipe by rolling and make the edge melting to one.
HF Welder technology has the following features:
1．It supports many kinds of material like carbon steel, GI and others.
2．One machine could make a large range of pipe sizes by changing mold.
3．One machine could be used to make square pipe, round pipe by changing mold.
4．High working efficiency but low energy consuming. The power is 200KW TNGP.
